DISCLAIMER for Fake Food Items   

Our fake food items are not edible. As fake food should be, made to the actual likeness of real food and desserts including the decorative toppings so your items are insect proof and will last a very long time.  Please use caution when displaying around children, infants, adults & animals.  They will last a very long time if cared for properly.  All items are made for display purposes, gifts, advertising, and decoration only.  Keep away from babies, children, adults, and animals who may attempt to eat them as they look and smell so real.

RETURN POLICY

We are so confident in our products that we will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase if you are not satisfied.  Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for consumable merchandise.  This includes soaps, lotions, bubble bath, shower gel & bath salts.  This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get a safe, sanitary and 100% un-altered product that has not been contaminated by any outside sources.  For this reason, we recommend ordering sample sizes of these products (when available) before buying a larger quantity.  Returns must be received in good, un-used condition in order to be accepted.  If items are not received in re-salable condition, they may not be accepted or credited.  Unless due to an error on our part or if the merchandise is defective, the return will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to cover the costs of packaging, labor, and credit-card fees we have incurred.  In-store credit only is issued, no cash refunds or credit card refunds will be issued unless due to an error on our part.
