We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive payment and your order is complete. Some items may be shipped sooner than others. We will update you by email on your order status. Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 14 days depending on the items. Friendly customer service is our promise to you. We ship by USPS & UPS. Shipping charges are determined by the buyers zip code & the weight of the shipment, so you are not overcharged.
When trying to determine how long it will take for you receive your shipment and which shipping method to choose, make sure to take all of the following into account:
A. The number of BUSINESS days WE will take to pack & ship your order. (This varies throughout the year - current info available at the top of our home page)
B. The number of BUSINESS days UPS will take to deliver to your area of the country.
C. Also remember that the actual day that your order is shipped DOES NOT count as a day in transit for UPS.
It is important to note that even when you select express shipping methods such as UPS Red (Next day), UPS Blue (2nd day), and UPS Orange (Third day), this simply reduces the amount of time UPS takes to deliver the package to you. The time it takes us to process your shipment DOES NOT CHANGE.
It is also important to note that the day of shipment does NOT count as a day in transit because packages are not picked up by UPS from our dock until 5:00PM the day that your order ships, so obviously that day can not be used as a day in transit.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are NOT business days. There are higher costs associated with express shipping methods. (Your shipping costs are calculated online) During the busy season, order processing times are increased although we do our best to ship quickly.
Wholesale Requirements
The prices on all bath & body, soaps, and candles on the website are retail. The pages in this catalog also list retail prices so that you can print out the pages & use them to show your customers that might want to order other items you aren’t carrying. This catalog includes everything, even the items that have not been added to the website yet.
The only products that qualify for wholesale pricing are the candles, soaps, & bath & body. Wholesale prices are 50% off. It does not include the bath confetti. Opening orders are $100 wholesale, reorders are $50 wholesale. You are also welcome to order any of the other items from the website, but no further discounts apply, and they do not count into the opening order or reorder requirements. You can order thru the website. For your opening order, at checkout, use word "wslistopen" in the comment section of the order form. For reorders, use the word "wslist50" in the comment section of the order form. The new shopping cart does not have the capability of coupon codes at this time, that's why you just have to put the code in the comment section and we'll manually make the changes before your order is shipped.
If your business consits only of internet orders, we can blind drop ship for you. For dropship customers your price will be 40% off all candles, soaps, & bath & body. It does not include the bath confetti. You are free to use my pictures and descriptions for your website. I will need to have your website address, too. You are also welcome to order any of the CLOSEOUT items, but no further discounts apply. At checkout, use the word "dropship" in the comment section of the order form. The new shopping cart does not have the capability of coupon codes at this time, that's why you just have to put the code in the comment section and we'll manually make the changes before your order is shipped.
Also, because of the same coupon code problem, any order will use the chart rate for shipping charges. For wholesale & dropship customers, you pay actual shipping charges only. Sometimes it can be less than the chart rate, and other times it will be more, especially if the shipment contains several heavy candles and glass. We use Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, based on your preference, or whichever is cheaper for you. Therefore, you will receive a second charge for any additional shipping charges. Just remember, we only charge actual charges, nothing more. There is no handling fee, no extra costs for boxes, etc.
If you want private labeling for the products, email me your logo or graphic, I will do up a sample, and email it to you for final approval. Otherwise, the standard label will come with the D.C. Creations bathtub logo and the product information.
We also handle International orders. Please place your order thru the website as normal. When your order is completed and ready to ship, we will contact you with your choice of shipping options and deduct any amounts that have already paid thru the website shopping cart.
I find that the products are much more fragrant when they are made to order, so it may take a little bit longer for your order, but it's well worth it. By the way...the Cherry Pie scent is absolutely so awesome that it makes your mouth water just smelling it. You'll love it.

I strongly suggest that you print out the safety information sheets to give your customers when they purchase any candles, even if you decide to buy from someone else. It will protect you.
